Dai Dot arrives at 7.49am. Spends much of the day on and around the nest.

Goes back to his own nest in the evening to join his mate who has since returned

Tuesday 7th April

Blue 24 lands on the nest at 7.29am

Blue 24 leaves at 1.30pm and Dai Dot returns

Monty arrives home at 2.19pm and sees off Dai Dot. Blue 24 returns and Monty mates with her

Wednesday 8th April

Monty and Blue 24 continue to bond and nest-build. Both have caught their own fish this morning

Thursday 9th April

Intruder alert at 7.26am, female (later IDd as Glesni). Blue 24 sets off in hot pursuit whilst Monty busies himself building the nest. Aerial chase seen in background from time to time, then Glesni lands on the nest c8.51am. She and Monty mate, then he brings her a fish, all within a matter of minutes. Monty delivers a second fish within half an hour of the first. No further retaliation from Blue 24

Wednesday 15th April

Ringed osprey, Blue CL1, left leg. Hatched Tweed Valley area 2012, intruded at the nest this morning

Wednesday 22nd April

Egg #1 laid 1.55pm

Saturday 25th April

Egg #2 laid 9.54am

Intruders have been seen from time to time, including Blue 24 and a male, though not causing too much of a problem. Two Ospreys were seen just after this morning's egg was laid

Tuesday 28th April

Egg #3 laid 7.12am

Sunday 10th May

Blue 24 still seen on a daily basis but keeping her distance most of the time
