When nestcam streaming begins at 9.35am, a previous female visitor to Kielder, Blue HV
, is seen sitting on the nest.
At 9.50am White YA arrives, carrying a headless trout which Blue HV eagerly accepts
White YA attempts to mate with Blue HV after she finishes the fish but she rejects him. At 12.39pm they both mantle and leave the nest. White YA returns, followed by his usual mate, Mrs YA, at 12.42pm. She has also returned early. Normal service resumes.
